The Orange County Organic Gardening Club meets at 7 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at Centennial Farm in the Orange County Fairgrounds (88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa 92627). Free to the public. Lydia Parsley, our September speaker, has a background in small scale regenerative agriculture, cold-pressed juice, plant-based food and more. She will talk about winter vegetables, including planting methods, direct sowing, germination and transplanting.
