The City of Costa Mesa will conduct a public scoping meeting on the the environmental review for the Neighborhoods Where We All Belong zoning updates at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec.10, at the Costa Mesa City Council Chambers located at 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa.
