Join the City of Costa Mesa and the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for a fun, family-friendly community festival along Mesa Verde Drive East on Sunday, April 12 from 10 am–1 pm!
 
Bike, scoot, or roll in golf carts as Mesa Verde Drive East is temporarily transformed into a separated space for biking and golf cart travel.
 
Enjoy two activity hubs featuring community booths, a bike safety course, live music, carnival games and fun activities for riders of all ages.
 
Plus, the first 50 youth riders will receive a FREE helmet while supplies last!
