On Nov. 4, Costa Mesa voters will elect two residents to serve a four-year term on the City Council. You can find information on the election and City Council candidates, including their campaign contributions and conflict of interest statements, here.

Also on Nov. 4, Costa Mesa voters will decide whether the city will adopt a charter, or local constitution. You can find information about the charter measure here.

There will also be an advisory vote on whether Costa Mesa voters are for or against a proposal by Caltrans to construct toll lanes on the I-405 Freeway between the Los Angeles County line and Costa Mesa. You can find information about the I-405 toll lane advisory vote here.
