About the Policy
The Costa Mesa Ticket Distribution Policy was adopted on April 16, 2013. This policy was developed in compliance with California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Regulation 18944.1.
The purpose of the policy is to ensure that all tickets the City receives from public and private entities and individuals are distributed for governmental and/or public purposes. For more information, please review the:
