2025 Committee Goals

1. Develop and maintain a dedicated social media presence for Animal Services to share public service announcements and engage the community on topics related to Animal Control, the Costa Mesa Animal Shelter and animal related events. 
2. Collaborate with the City to design and implement educational signage promoting dog licensing, including the integration of QR codes at Bark Park, with potential expansion to other City parks as appropriate. 
3. Initiate the formation of an Animal Services focused non-profit organization aimed at securing funding and resources to support community-based animal welfare programs and initiatives.
