The last General Municipal Election was held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, and Costa Mesa voters elected Andrea Marr - District 3, Manuel Chavez - District 4, and Arlis Reynolds - District 5 to serve a four-year term on the City Council. Also, this is the first year Costa Mesa voters elected Katrina Foley as Mayor to serve a two-year term.
