Information on Contribution Limits - AB 571
Please Note: The City Clerk is now accepting a “digital signature” on FPPC Campaign Forms. Per the FPPC, a digital signature is a type of certificate-based electronic signature that offers increased security to ensure the identity of the signer and prevent the alteration of documents and signing. For more information, please view the Filing with a Digital Signature fact sheet. The City Clerk will continue to accept wet signature paper filings in addition to filings with a digital signature. Filings received with a scanned copy of a signature or without a digital signature that qualifies as a “secure electronic signature” will not be processed.
