City of Costa Mesa

The City of Costa Mesa's Parks & Community Services Department coordinates and issues permits for the use of athletic fields within the City as well as at Newport-Mesa Unified School District sites within the City of Costa Mesa when school is not in session

Fields are permitted to organizations and the general public for cultural, social & recreational activities and programs. The City and the Newport-Mesa Unified School District work cooperatively in accordance to the Joint Use Agreement.
