Lieutenant Nick Wilson oversees Area II Command. He has proudly  served the Costa Mesa Police Department for over 14 years. He has worked in various details, including Traffic Safety Bureau and Investigative Services, and worked on collateral assignments such as Field Training Officer and the UAS Team.  Lt. Wilson also overseen the Traffic Safety Bureau, Special Events, and UAS Team. He has earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in organizational leadership. Lt. Wilson will manage the UAS, Real time Crime Center, Reserve program and Sergeant at Arms.
