Appointments are now scheduled with our online calendaring system and are available Wednesdays and Thursdays (excluding holidays) from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Costa Mesa Police Department, located at 99 Fair Drive.

Required information for your appointment:

1. You must bring an official & unexpired state or federal issued photo identification such as:

• California Driver's License
• Department of Motor Vehicles Identification Card
• Out-of-state driver's license
• Passport

2. You must bring a printed Request for Live Scan form with you to your appointment. We are not able to print it for you.

3. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.  Check should be payable to City of Costa Mesa. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted. A 2.7% credit card transaction fee applies.

Monday through Friday:    8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday:                             9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
