Special Event: Mesa Verde East “Cruise the Loop” Community Festival coming April 12
The City of Costa Mesa, in partnership with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), invites you to take part in a family-friendly “Cruise the Loop” event along Mesa Verde Drive East. Come experience how a separated space for biking and golf cart travel could look and feel in your community. For one day we'll close the outside lane to cars and provide a wider space for biking, scooting, and rolling in golf carts!

Bike, roll or drive your golf cart along Mesa Verde Drive East between
Baker Street and Harbor Boulevard. Activity hubs at both ends of the
route will offer:
