To protect public health, the State Public Health Officer and Director of the California Department of Public Health has ordered all individuals living in the State of California to stay home or at their place of residence except as needed to maintain continuity of operations of the federal critical infrastructure sectors, as outlined at here.

 Costa Mesa Sanitary District Costa Mesa Sanitary District: Regular trash collection and wastewater maintenance schedules remain in place.
 Mesa Water Mesa Water: Your tap water remains clean and safe and service is fully operational.
SoCalGas: SoCalGas branch payment offices are closed to the public as of Monday, March 23th.
OC Fair and Event Center
