Thank you for your interest in serving on a Costa Mesa Commission/Committee. To be considered, applicants must complete a Commission/Committee Application Form. The form can be completed either digitally online or manually. To fill out the form please click on the Online Application link below. For manual applications click on the Download Application link below. Applications can also be obtained from the City Clerk's Office. Once downloaded, the completed form may be submitted online here or mailed to: Costa Mesa City Clerk, P.O. Box 1200, Costa Mesa, Calif., 92628-1200; or hand-delivered to the City Clerk's Office at City Hall, 77 Fair Drive.

The deadline for submission is 5 p.m., Friday, May 3, 2019. Appointments are tentatively scheduled for the May 21, 2019 City Council meeting.
