The City of Costa Mesa has created a legal defense fund to support Costa Mesa residents, visitors, and employees impacted by federal enforcement activity. All financial contributions made to the legal defense fund will help support legal assistance offered by the City’s providers, the Immigrant Defenders Law Center and the Public Law Center.
